1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Astrosimple, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Astrosimple. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

3. The service

Astrosimple is an entertainment app providing astrological interpretations based on user-supplied birth data. Astrosimple is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on it to make important decisions.

4. Accounts

You sign in with Apple via Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, or violate the App Store Review Guidelines.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Astrosimple offers an optional Premium subscription billed through Apple In-App Purchase:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; we cannot process refunds directly.

The free tier includes one self-profile, limited weekly chat messages, and limited preview access to Forecast and Portrait. Limits and pricing may change with notice in-app.

6. AI-generated content

Interpretations are generated by AI (Google Gemini, OpenAI). Output may be inaccurate, outdated, or contradictory. You agree to use AI output for entertainment only and not as a substitute for professional advice.

7. User content

You retain ownership of birth data and chat messages you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this data only to provide the service (compute charts, generate interpretations, cache results). We do not sell your data.

8. Prohibited use

Do not use Astrosimple to harass others, generate content depicting minors in a sexualized way, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or scrape data programmatically.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [TBD jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [TBD venue].

4. Аккаунты

Вход осуществляется через Sign in with Apple. Вы несёте ответственность за безопасность своего Apple ID. Мы можем приостанавливать или закрывать аккаунты, нарушающие правила использования сервиса.

5. Подписки и платежи

Astrosimple предлагает опциональную подписку Premium через Apple In-App Purchase:

Подписка автоматически продлевается, если не отменена минимум за 24 часа до конца текущего периода. Управление: iOS Настройки → Apple ID → Подписки. Возвраты обрабатываются Apple по их правилам; мы не можем оформлять возвраты напрямую.

Бесплатный план включает один self-профиль, ограниченное число сообщений в чате в неделю и ограниченный доступ к Прогнозу и Портрету. Лимиты и цены могут меняться с уведомлением в приложении.

6. AI-контент

Интерпретации генерируются AI (Google Gemini, OpenAI). Результат может содержать неточности или противоречия. Вы соглашаетесь использовать AI-контент только в развлекательных целях.

7. Пользовательский контент

Вы сохраняете права на введённые данные о рождении и сообщения в чате. Вы предоставляете нам неисключительную лицензию использовать эти данные только для предоставления сервиса (расчёты, интерпретации, кэширование). Мы не продаём ваши данные.

8. Запрещённое использование

Запрещено использовать Astrosimple для преследования других людей, создания материалов сексуального характера с участием несовершеннолетних, атак на инфраструктуру или программного скрейпинга данных.

9. Отказ от гарантий

Сервис предоставляется «как есть» без каких-либо гарантий. В максимально допустимой законом степени мы отказываемся от подразумеваемых гарантий, включая пригодность для конкретной цели.

10. Ограничение ответственности

Наша совокупная ответственность по любому требованию ограничена суммой, уплаченной вами за предыдущие 12 месяцев.

11. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять Условия. Существенные изменения будут озвучены в приложении или по email не менее чем за 14 дней.

12. Применимое право

Эти Условия регулируются правом [TBD юрисдикция]. Споры рассматриваются в судах [TBD место].
